My name is Sara and I've been painting for ten years. I was homeschooled for all twelve years of elementary and high school, and graduated from Classical Conversations in 2021. After achieving my Associate of Fine Art degree at community college, I transferred to UNCW and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, with a minor in Art History.

 

As a homeschooled student, it was difficult for me to find opportunities and classes to pursue my love of art, and even more difficult to find resources that were from a biblical perspective. My vision is to help students understand how their artistic passions are a unique reflection of the Creator Himself, while also equipping them with technical skills needed for drawing and painting.

Personalized art classes are available for children up to the age of 18, once weekly at $30 per lesson.  Classes are tailored to the child, their age, their skill level, and their specific interests, with a focus on art history, technical skills, and how art relates to the Bible. My specific areas of skill are drawing, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, oil painting, and art history.
